It felt good to be back on Stella. The total ride was only 32.5 miles, but I was plenty tired when I got home. Almost two full weeks off Stella is not a good idea! However, since I was in Washington DC for most of those days, it's okay. Unfortunately, while I was gone they had snow here. Snow means the shoulders are now, once again, covered in sharp bits of gravel. Should be okay as I put a new rear tire on awhile back. Hopefully the street cleaners will get out there soon and suck all that crap up!
